Professor (Dr) Xu Huang, Engineering of Electronics and Electrical and Network Professor, currently is working at Faculty of Education Science Technology & Mathematics, University Canberra, Australia Capital City. He has received the B.E. and M.E. degrees and first Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Optical Engineering prior to 1989 and his second Ph.D. in Experimental Physics in the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1992. He has earned the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education in 2004 at the University of Canberra, Australia. He was working at the Australia National University from 1988 to 1990 and University of New South Wales from 1990 to 1995, also University of New England from 1995 to 2001. He has been working on the areas of cybersecurity, network security, the telecommunications, networking engineering, Internet of Things (IoT), Clouding computing, software engineering, wireless communications, optical communications, digital signal processing, bio-signal processing, brain computer interface (BCI), intelligent system, smart networks, and nuclear physics more than 30 years. He has been a senior member of IEEE in Electronics and in Computer Society since 1989 and a Fellow of Institution of Engineering Australian (FIEAust), Chartered Professional Engineering (CPEng), a Member of Australian Institute of Physics. He was a member of the Executive Committee of the Australian and New Zealand Association for Engineering Education, he has been a member of Committee of the Institution of Engineering Australia at Canberra Branch for last 10 years. Prof Xu Huang has been the Chair, Co-Chair, and TCM at various high quality International Conferences, and Editor for various high quality Journals. Professor Huang has edited ten books, nine Book Chapters, more than 45 Journal Articles, and more than two hundred papers in high level of the IEEE and other international conferences (within ERA ranking); he has been awarded 17 patents in Australia in 2010 and 2013. Professor Xu Huang has more than ten PhD candidates obtained their PhDs under his primary supervisions. He has also more than 10 PhD candidates with his and his cosupervision.

Ma Li, professor, Ph.D. Dean of college of computer science and technology, North China University of Technology. Beijing famous teacher award winner, CCF member council, CCF outstanding member. He is a senior member of China Computer Federation(CCF), member of IoT Professional Committees, member of IEEE-CS and ACM. Academic Innovation Team Leader of Beijing municipal colleges and universities. He received the B.S., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in computer application technology from Beijing Institute of Technology, North University of China, Beijing Institute of Technology in 1992, 1999, 2006 respectively. He did his postdoctoral research in field of computer architecture from Tsinghua University in 2008, and completed his research works with success. At present, he is a professor in the computer science and technology at North China University of Technology. In 2002-2008, he served as an assistant dean in the school of electronics and computer science and technology at North University of China. His research interests include advanced computing technology, grid computing, multi-agent system and embedded system. He has published over 70 journal and conference papers, 3 works and textbooks.

Prof. Jixin Ma is a Reader of Computer Science in the Department of Computing and Information Systems, the Director of the Centre for Computer and Computational Science, and the Leader of Artificial Intelligence Research Group, at University of Greenwich, U.K. He is also a Visiting Professor of Beijing Normal University, Auhui University and Zhengzhou Light Industrial University, China. Dr Ma obtained his BSc and MSc of Mathematics in 1982 and 1988, respectively, and PhD of Computer Sciences in 1994. His main research areas include Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering and Information Systems, with special interests in Temporal Logic, Temporal Databases, Reasoning about Action and Change, Case-Based Reasoning, Pattern Recognition and Graph Matching. He has published more than 100 research papers in international journals and conferences. Dr Ma has been the Editor of many international journals, including, "Computer and Systems", "Software Innovation", "Polibits", "Computer & Information Science", "Studies in Computational Intelligence", "Information & Communications Technology Law". He is also the Program Chair, Program Member and Invited Speakers of various international conferences, and has served as reviewers of many international journals and conferences. Dr Jixin Ma has been a Member of various international professional societies, including: British Computer Society, American Association of Artificial Intelligence, ICIS/IEEE, World Scientific and Engineering Society, UK Temporal Reasoning, Artificial Intelligence and Logic Group, and Special Group of Artificial Intelligence of BCS.
